How long will I have to wait for my items?
All sales through this website are dispatched by me as quickly as humanly possible and if you live in UK Mainland should be with you within 5-7 working days. If you live somewhere else it is likely to take a little bit longer.
If your purchase is to be a gift and you need it super quick, then please drop me an email first and when possible I will move like the speed of light to get your items to you a bit quicker.
All sales through my website are via Paypal which is safe and secure. You don't need to have a Paypal account, you can checkout as a guest.

For orders outside of UK mainland and for international orders please drop me a line before placing your order. I will be able to check the postage/shipping costs and get back to you.
Your items may be sent Recorded Delivery and may need to be signed for.
How will my order arrive?
All of my prints are dispatched mounted, in clear cello bags for extra protection and will arrive in a large sturdy cardboard envelope. However, if they are travelling abroad, lucky them, to make them more aerodynamic they will be dispatched without a mount and the print will arrive rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube. As the print won't have a mount it means it will be slightly cheaper for you too so please get in touch first before placing your order.
Greetings cards and Tea towels will arrive in a padded jiffy bag.
All of my prints are signed and mounted. Sizes mentioned are as close as possible but may vary a little. The colours may vary a little too but again shouldn't be wildly different.
I don't post framed work, it has never ended well.
Not happy?
I hope you will be over the moon with your purchase and love it for a long time to come. However, if for some reason you're not happy then please let me know within 10 days of your purchase date.
If you simply don’t like the item, as long as it comes back to me well wrapped up I will offer a full refund.
If you receive the item damaged please send me a photograph and I will send a replacement.
