A little film about me

Here is a selection of my latest illustrations, inspired from adventures across Scotland and further afield with my camera and sketchbook. The landscape and wildlife of places I visit is regularly the raw inspiration for the pictures I create. You may recognise some of the landscapes in my gallery, but they are likely to look quite different from the actual place you might visit! I use a variety of materials to create my visual world and really enjoy mixing traditional mark making techniques with modern digital practices.

My prints, tea towels and book are currently available to buy through my website. A selection of my prints are also available at the following places: The Whitehouse Gallery in Kirkcudbright, Thomas Tosh in Thornhill, Loch Arthur near Dumfries, the Flat Cat Gallery in Lauder, Scottish Borders and 17Reasons in Moffat.

I studied Graphic Design and Illustration at the University of Cumbria and graduated with a First Class BA (hons) degree. I am always beavering away in my studio so it's worth popping back from time to time to see my latest work. To see what I'm up to this month visit my Newsroom. My Newsroom is also a good place to find out where I will be exhibiting this year and art fairs I'll be attending.

Thanks for dropping by.
